Your session will typically include a combination of these modalities, but will be tailored to meet your desired outcome and expectations.
Here for a long time, not just a good time.
A little pain with all the gain. For those looking to relieve pain and tension, and greatly reduce muscle dysfunction. A blend of various techniques including long, deep strokes with consistent pressure and trigger point therapy focusing on bound muscles and connective tissue. Not soft and fluffy, but you're going to feel really damn good.

Sometimes your muscles and fascia are stubborn and can be reluctant to respond to good old fashioned deep tissue work. Cupping is unique in that it uses a negative pressure to decompress soft tissue, while simultaneously lengthening and softening tight fascial tissue. Cupping is also great for improving overall circulation, reducing inflammation and congestion, and activates the lymph system.

Change is a good thing.
Does your body ever just get stuck? That's because your fascia needs some love. Myofasical release removes adhesions in the tissue, balances postural distortions, increases range of motion, improves fluid movement patterns and reduces pain and tension throughout the body. It is performed with little to no lotion, and is incredibly therapeutic.
_____
Sometimes you just need to chill out.
Deep relaxation is more chill and flowy, while being less focused on trigger points. Perfect for when you need to turn your brain off and zone out. Firm pressure is used when gliding along the tissue, completely relaxing the body and mind. It is excellent for reducing stress and anxiety by increasing the production of dopamine, serotonin and oxytocin. It promotes general relaxation, relieves muscular tension, and improves circulation and range of motion.
